Our Story

Since 2008, we've been in the MSP trenches. We've built networks, secured endpoints, migrated servers at 2 AM, and fielded calls from panicked clients. We know this industry inside and out.

When we founded FIRN Services in Fort Worth, Texas, we thought we had systems in place for everything. Alerts, tickets, documentation — we were notified about everything. But notifications aren't action. And in our first year, we learned a hard lesson: knowing something needs to happen and actually making it happen are two very different things.

Renewals slipped. Not because we didn't care, but because we were busy doing what MSPs do — putting out fires, onboarding clients, solving problems. The "simple" stuff got pushed to tomorrow. And sometimes tomorrow came too late.

That's when we decided to build something different.
